Jacqueline came out to meet my grandfather in person. She talked to him with such sincerity and respect which caused him to let down his guard and talk to her like they’d been lifelong friends. She was patient and never became annoyed when he had to ask her to repeat herself.
A couple days later, Jacqueline had put together a visit to three different group homes that would best fit my grandpas needs. I wasn’t able to go and tour them but she was very accommodating by FaceTiming me while she and my aunt did the tours.
Unfortunately my grandpa died before we could get him into one of the homes. Jacqueline was very kind to give me her condolences. She’s a truly good hearted person and I can’t recommend her enough if you’ve got a loved one who needs placement into an extended care facility.
